Patty is a highly skilled executive coach and corporate trainer with over 25 years of experience in coaching, training, and talent development.

With 15 years of experience in various human resources roles for Fortune 500 organizations, Patty truly knows what makes people tick.

As an entrepreneur, Patty successfully launched and grew two retail businesses, while simultaneously delivering corporate leadership training programs.

Throughout her career she has personally coached and trained hundreds of leaders.

Bill Prinzivalli

Bill is an entrepreneur, executive coach, organizational consultant, author, speaker, and improvisational workshop facilitator.

He has extensive experience in developing corporate and business strategies, streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, and planning for growth and/or transition.

Bill is also an expert in the areas of mindfulness, communications, and improvisation. He guides CEOs and executives to produce at their highest levels by accessing their untapped inner resources.

What is the "Magic"?
The “Magic” we are referring to in this workshop is the ability to access your Inner Genius, or Sage brain, enabling you to get remarkably different outcomes in your conversations and relationships with others, in addition to managing your own stress in new ways that truly work.
What is Mental Fitness?
Mental Fitness is our ability to intercept our negative thoughts and emotions and replace them, intentionally, with ones that serve us better. Neuroscience teaches us that we actually have to retrain and build up these muscles in our brains in order to develop this advanced skill and so that we can optimize our performance (and have sustained inner calm, even in the face of adversity).
How does it help reduce stress?
Through mini-mindfulness activities that you can do anywhere at any time, you will learn simple and powerful ways to redirect stress when it flares up, in addition to pre-empting the automatic and most common self-sabotage response that we all do battle with every day (e.g. need to control, perfectionism, avoidance, etc.)
How does it help me see/think more clearly?
Your brain cannot experience stress when it is fully present in the moment. Therefore, the stronger your mental fitness is, the better able you are to tap into your wisdom and make your best decision.
How would I lead more effectively?
Being fully present and grounded, even when triggered by stress and adversity will, over time, make you a better leader. You will be leading yourself and others proactively and less reactively. Others will take note of your new ways of operating and will often be inspired to study Positive Intelligence and strengthen their own mental fitness as well.
Does it reduce demands on me?

Probably not, but you will navigate those demands with great ease and less stress, therefore avoiding burnout. In that regard, is will reduce the stress of those demands.
